Ballot Processing Update: Nearly All Ballots Processed

KINGMAN, AZ. — The Mohave County Recorder’s Office and Mohave County Elections Department have completed nearly all post-election ballot processing following Tuesday’s election.

All accepted provisional ballots have been transferred from the Mohave County Recorder’s Office to the Elections Department for adjudication, and tabulation.

As of Friday, July 24, the Mohave County Elections Department has tabulated all submitted early ballots, accepted provisional ballots, and Election Day ballots. The latest unofficial election results were posted at 7:38 p.m. Friday, July 24

At this time, five provisional ballots remain under review to determine voter eligibility, along with 55 early ballots awaiting signature verification.

The remaining 60 voters have until 5 p.m. Sunday, July 26, to resolve any outstanding issues. Voters with pending provisional ballots may need to provide additional documentation to confirm eligibility. Voters whose early ballots require signature verification must contact the Mohave County Recorder’s Office, Voter Registration Division, to complete the ballot cure process and ensure their ballots can be counted.

The Voter Registration Division will be open Saturday, July 25, and Sunday, July 26, to assist voters and complete signature verification requirements before the deadline.

Election results remain unofficial until all eligible ballots have been counted, the signature cure period has concluded, and the election has been officially canvassed. The Mohave County Board of Supervisors is scheduled to canvass the election on Monday, August 3.
