Havasu Heights Water District Election Notice

LAKE HAVASU CITY, AZ — Property owners within the Havasu Heights Domestic Water Improvement District who are not registered within the district are receiving letters from the Mohave County Recorder’s Office, Voter Registration Division, regarding the upcoming District election.

The mailing is specifically directed to property owners who are not currently registered in the district. Property owners receiving a letter are encouraged to review the information carefully, respond by October 1, and contact the Mohave County Recorder’s Office, Voter Registration Division, with any questions regarding registration or election eligibility.

Eligible voters are encouraged to participate in the upcoming Havasu Heights Water District election.

Ballots for qualified voters will be mailed Wednesday, October 7. Election Day is Tuesday, November 3, in conjunction with the General Election.

Important Dates

•       Voter Registration Deadline: October 5, 2026

•       Early Voting in-person and ballots by Mail: October 7, 2026

•       General Election: November 3, 2026
