Important Information for Voters Regarding ID Card Mailers

The Mohave County Recorder’s Office, Voter Registration Division, is informing voters that identification card mailers have recently been sent to all active registered voters throughout Mohave County.

These mailers are part of our ongoing efforts to ensure that voter registration records are accurate and up to date. Voters are encouraged to review the information on their card carefully.

What Voters Should Do:

• If all information on the ID card is correct, no action is required.
• If any information is incorrect, please update your voter registration as soon as possible.
• If you did not receive your card, or believe you should have, please contact our office.
• If you receive a card for someone who no longer resides at your address, please return it with “Not At This Address (NATA)” written on the folded card.
• If you receive a card for a household member who has passed away, please provide a copy of the death certificate or complete the Deceased Voter Affidavit form available on our website. Documents may be submitted by mail, email, or fax.

Undeliverable Mail

Mailers returned as undeliverable will be reviewed by the Recorder’s Office, Voter Registration Division. This may result in the voter’s registration being flagged for address verification in accordance with state and federal law. A follow-up notice may be sent, and voters may be required to confirm or update their address to remain on the active voter rolls.

Maintaining accurate voter records helps ensure election integrity and that all eligible voters receive important election information in a timely manner.
