Mohave County Board of Adjustments Meeting 2/19/26

NOTICE OF HEARING

 

Notice is hereby given that on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 19, 2026, the Mohave County Board of Adjustments will hold a meeting at which time all interested persons may appear and be heard at 10:00 A.M. in the Board of Supervisors Auditorium, 700 West Beale Street, Kingman, Arizona, regarding the following items:

  1. Evaluation of a request for a Variance to Section 35.B, Setbacks and Area Requirements, of the Mohave County Zoning Ordinance to allow for a reduction in the front setback requirement to seven feet (7’), for the approval of placement of a manufactured home for Assessor’s Parcel No. 224-37-418A, in the Mohave Valley vicinity (west of Mountain View Road, south of Plantation Road, Mohave County, Arizona. MS
  2. Evaluation of a request for a Variance to Section 36, Off-Street Parking Standards, of the Mohave County Zoning Ordinance, to allow for a permeable paving alternative for a proposed RV storage facility for Assessor’s Parcel Nos. 224-31-001 and -075, in the Mohave Valley vicinity (west of Barrackman Road, south of Levee Way), Mohave County, Arizona.
