Mohave County Recorder’s Office Announces Official 90-Day Voter Notice Mailing
The Mohave County Recorder’s Office is informing residents about an official mailer currently being distributed to voters throughout Mohave County as part of routine election administration and voter record maintenance.
The following mailing is being sent directly from the Recorder’s Office:
- 90-Day Notice: This notice is sent in advance of an upcoming election as part of legally required voter roll maintenance and voter outreach. The 90-Day Notice provides important information about the upcoming election cycle and serves as an opportunity for voters to verify or update their registration information, including their address and ballot choice, if applicable.
In addition to confirming voter information, the 90-Day Notice includes details about voting options. Arizona recognizes five political parties (Democratic, Green, Libertarian, No Labels, and Republican). Voters who are not registered with a recognized party (commonly referred to as Independents, Party Not Designated, or “Other” voters) have the option to request a ballot for certain parties that conduct open primaries.
For the upcoming Primary Election, voters not affiliated with a recognized party may choose to participate by selecting a ballot from one of the parties that allow open participation. These currently include the Democratic Party, Republican Party, and No Labels Party. Instructions on how to make this selection are included in the notice.

- Early Voting Begins: June 24, 2026

Handling Mail for Ineligible or Incorrect Recipients:
If a voter receives mail at an address where they no longer live, should not receive it, or the address is incorrect, residents should not open or tamper with the mail. Instead, it should be returned to the United States Postal Service (USPS) marked “Return to Sender – Not at This Address,” or forwarded according to USPS instructions. Promptly returning mail helps ensure voter records remain accurate and reduces the risk of ballots being sent to incorrect addresses.
“Maintaining accurate voter records and ensuring voters are informed about their options is a critical part of election administration,” said Lydia Henry, Mohave County Recorder. “This mailing helps voters stay informed, verify their information, and understand how they can participate in upcoming elections.”
