Mohave County Recorder's Office & Mohave County Elections Department Final Ballots Transferred for Tabulation Following Ballot Cure Period

The Mohave County Recorder’s Office has completed the ballot cure process for additional voters following Tuesday’s election. 

Since Friday's update, nine of the 55 early ballots have been successfully cured, along with one of the five provisional ballots. These 10 ballots have now been transferred to the Mohave County Elections Department for adjudication and tabulation. 

With the completion of the ballot cure period, the Mohave County Recorder’s Office, Voter Registration division has completed its role in the post-election ballot processing process. The Elections Department will now complete the remaining steps of adjudication and tabulation for 
these final ballots. 

The transferred ballots represent the final ballots to be tabulated for the election. Once they have been processed by the Elections Department, the unofficial election results will reflect all eligible ballots received and accepted for counting. The final unofficial results will be posted at 1:17p.m. Monday, July 27. 

Election results will remain unofficial until the election is formally canvassed. The Mohave County Board of Supervisors is scheduled to conduct the canvass during its regularly scheduled meeting at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 3, at 700 W. Beale St. in Kingman.
