Mohave County to Hold 2026 Online Tax Deed Sale March 2–6
The Mohave County Board of Supervisors will conduct its annual Tax Deed Sale online from March 2 through March 6, 2026, offering more than 800 tax-delinquent properties for public auction.
The 2026 Tax Deed Sale will be held exclusively through Public Surplus (www.publicsurplus.com), Mohave County’s third-party auction provider. All interested bidders must create an account on the Public Surplus website to participate.
All properties are sold “as-is,” and Mohave County makes no warranties or representations regarding property condition, legal access, utilities, boundaries, or marketability. Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to conduct independent research and due diligence prior to placing a bid.
A complete list of parcels scheduled for the 2026 sale is available on the Mohave County website. Parcels may also be reviewed using the County’s interactive GIS mapping system, which provides general location and parcel information.
Prior to bidding, interested parties are strongly encouraged to contact the Mohave County Development Services Department at (928) 757-0903 to verify zoning requirements. Certain parcels may not meet current zoning standards and could be ineligible for building permits or future development.
Participation in the Tax Deed Sale constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions outlined in the official auction materials.
