Northern Avenue at Bank Street Temporary Intersection Closure for Traffic Signal Improvements

Mohave County’s Northern Avenue Complete Street road improvement project provides significant improvements and modernization of the traffic signal at Northern Avenue at Bank Street. These include a new signal controller, video detection system, bicycle signal heads, and wireless communication system that provides property equipped vehicles with signal and related operations information electronically.

The Northern Avenue at Bank Street intersection will be closed to traffic and detours posted starting Thursday, October 16th at 8:00 p.m. The closure will extend through Friday, October 17th for a period of not more than 24 hours. Technology Construction, Inc. of Prescott, Arizona will be performing the work which is administered by the Arizona Department of Transportation.
