Notice of Public Meeting & Agenda of Mohave County Personnel Commission - September 15, 2026
Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02 and 38-431.01 (A)(1), notice is herby given to the employees of Mohave County and to the general public that the Mohave County Personnel Commission will hold a meeting open to the public on Tuesday September 15, 2026, at 9:00 am, with a possible continuance on Wednesday September 16, 2026 at 9am in the Board of Supervisor’s Meeting Room, 700 W. Beale Street, Kingman, Arizona. Members of the Personnel Commission will attend either in person or by Teams.

This is notice that the Personnel Commission may vote to go into executive session, which will not be open to the public, to discuss certain matters.

- Sitting as the Personnel Commission Appeal Board, hear and render appeal decision on the Personnel Commission Appeal filed by employee, Frank P. Watson, regarding disciplinary action taken on May 29, 2026, to dismiss the employee from their Environmental Health Technician position with Mohave County Public Heath Department.
The Commission may vote to discuss this matter in Executive Session(s)
pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(1), which authorizes discussion and
consideration of employment, assignment, appointment, promotion, demotion,
dismissal, salaries, discipline or resignation of a public officer, appointee, or
employee of the County, and A.R.S. 11-356, which authorizes the Commission
to hold all hearings in Executive Session unless otherwise requested by the
employee.
