Notice of Public Meeting of the MOHAVE COUNTY BUILDING CODE ADVISORY BOARD, Tuesday, November 18, 2025, 2:00 P.M. in the Mohave County Board of Supervisors Auditorium, 700 W Beale Street, Kingman, Arizona

The Mohave County Building Code Advisory Board will be holding a public hearing for discussion and possible action to amend the Building Ordinance 2021-03 on the following:

1. Amend Section R105.5 to provide for an exception to the expiration permit fee to allow for a single inspection fee to final an expired permit.
2. Amend Section M1307.3.1 to allow a 24-inch-tall platform to qualify as appliance impact protection for residential appliances located in garages.
