Recorder's Office Provides Early Voting Update and Election Day Information.

July 10, 2026 — The Mohave County Recorder's Office reminds voters that in-person early voting for the Tuesday, July 21, 2026, Election is underway and continues through Friday, July 17.

Voters who have not yet cast a ballot may vote early at designated locations or return their voted early ballot before the applicable deadlines.

  • Important Election Dates:
  • Early Voting: June 24–July 17, Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. at the main Mohave County libraries.
  • Last Day for In-Person Early Voting: Friday, July 17, 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
  • Recommended Last Day to Return a ballot by Mail: Tuesday, July 14.
  • Election Day: Tuesday, July 21, 2026.
  • Polling Places Open: 6:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

Recorder Lydia Henry reminds voters who received an early ballot to return it before Election Day as this helps to ensure that they are processed as efficiently as possible. In Arizona, ballots are not counted based on the postmark date. To be counted, early ballots must be delivered to the County Recorder's Office by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day. Voters to track the status of their ballot at https://my.arizona.vote to confirm it has been received and processed prior to Election Day.

Voters planning to vote on Election Day should verify their assigned polling location, as Election Day polling places differ from early voting locations. Voters can return their early ballot at a polling place on Election Day and are encouraged to complete the ID verification process at the polling location check in desk.

The Recorder's Office also encourages voters to:

  • Confirm their voter registration information is current.
  • Review their sample ballot before voting.
  • Follow all ballot instructions carefully.
  • Return early ballots before Election Day whenever possible.
  • Be prepared to complete ID verification if returning an early ballot on Election Day.
  • Track their ballot status at https://my.Arizona.vote

Unofficial election results will begin posting after polls close on Election Day and will be updated as ballots are processed in accordance with Arizona law. Official results will be canvassed and certified as required by state law.
