 TRANSCRIPT OF BOUNDARIES MOHAVE COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICTS  2010 - 2011

 LAKE HAVASU SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 25: LAKE HAVASU UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 1:

As of July 1, 1982, Lake Havasu School District No. 25 and Lake Havasu High School District No. I have shared  coterminous, boundaries.

Beginning July 1, 1983, Lake Havasu School District No. 25 and Lake Havasu High School District No. I will officially  become and known as Lake Havasu Unified School District No. 1.

The following description of boundaries will state the legal boundaries for Lake Havasu Unified School District No. 1.

Beginning on the Colorado River at its intersection with the East line of Range 19 West; Thence, Northwesterly along the  channel of said river to an intersection with the North line of Section 26, Township 15 North, Range 20 1/2West; Thence,  Easterly along the North line of said Section 26, and along the North line of Section 25, Township 15 North, Range 20 1/2  West to the West line of Range 20 West; Thence, Northerly along said west line to an intersection with the North line of  Township 16 North, Thence, Easterly along last said North line to an intersection with the West line of section 3, Range 20 West; Thence, Southerly along West line of Sections 3, 10, 15, 22, 27, and 34, Township 16 North, Range 20 West  and Sections 3, 10, 15, 22, Township 15 North Range 20 West to an intersection with the North line of Section 27,  Township 15 North, Range 20 West; Thence, Easterly along said North line of Section 27, and along the North line of  sections 26 and 25 of Township 15 North, Range 20 West and along the North line of Sections 30, 29, 28, 27, 26, 25  Township 15 North, Range 19 West to an intersection with the East line of said Range 19 West; Thence, South along last  said East line to its intersection with the North line of Township 12 North, Thence, Easterly along said North line to its  intersection with East line of Range 19 West; Thence, Southerly along East line of Range 19 West to the point of  beginning. Topock School District No. 12 was diminished by the Board of Supervisors upon petition of the Topock  school board, and remainder made into Lake Havasu School District 25 upon petition of School Electors in that area on  March 31, 1964.

TOPOCK, SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 12:

Beginning at the California-Arizona line in the channel of the Colorado River at its intersection with the North line of  Section 26, Township 15 North, Range 20 1/2West; Thence, Northwesterly along said California-Arizona line to an  intersection with the North line of Township 16 North; Thence, East along the North line of Township 16 North and  Township 16 1/2North to the East line of Range 19 West; Thence, South along said East line to an intersection with the  North line of Section 25, Township15 North, Range 19 West; Thence, West along the North line of said Section 25 and  along the North line of Sections 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, Township l5 North, Range 19 West to the East line of Range 20 West; continuing thence along the North line of Sections 25, 26, and 27, Township 15  North, Range 20 West to the Southwest corner of Section 22, Township 15 North, Range 20 West; Thence, North along  the West line of Sections 22, 15, 10 and 3, Township 15 North, Range 20 West; continuing Thence, along the West line  of Sections 34, 27, 22, 15, 10 and 3, to an intersection with the North line of Township 16 North; Thence, West along last  said North line to an intersection with the west line of Range 20 West; Thence, South along said West line to an  intersection with the North line of Section 25, Township 15 North, Range 20 1/2West; Thence, West along the North line  of said Section 25 and along the North line of said Section 26 to the point of beginning. Topock School District No. 12  was diminished by the Board of Supervisors upon petition of the Topock School board, and remainder made into Lake  Havasu School District No. 25 upon petition of School Electors in that area on March 31, 1964.

 BULLHEAD, SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 15

 Beginning at the Northeast corner of Township 26 North, Range 21 West, Gila & Salt River Meridian; Thence, in a  Westerly direction along the North boundary line of said Township and continuing in that same direction to the Colorado  River: and the West boundary of Mohave County; Thence, in a Southerly direction along the West boundary of Mohave  County to the point of intersection of said West boundary of Mohave County and South boundary of Section 9, Township  19 North, Range 22 West; Thence, in an Easterly direction along the South boundary of Sections 9, 10, 11, 12, Township   19 North, Range 22 West, and Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, I I and 12, Township 19 North, Range 21 West and Sections 7, 8, and   9, Township 19 North, Range 20 West, to the Southeast corner of Section 9, Township 19 North, Range 20 West;  Thence, in a Northerly direction along the East boundary of Sections 9 and 4, Township 19 North, Range 20 West and  sections 33, 28, 21, 16, 9 and 4, Township 20 North, Range 20 West To the Northeast corner of Section 4, Township 20  North, Range 20 West; Thence, West to Southeast corner of Section 33, Thence, in a Northerly direction along the East  boundary of Sections 33, 28, 21, 16, 9, and 4 Township 21 North, Range 20 West and Sections 33, 28, 21, 16, 9, and 4,  Township 22 North, Range 20 West to the Northeast comer of Section 4, Township 22 North, Range 20 West, Thence, in  a Westerly direction along the North boundary of Township 22 North to the Southeast corner of Township 23 North,  Range 21 West; Thence, in a Northerly direction along the East boundary of Range 21 West to the point of beginning.  (This consolidates Bullhead and the South half of the lapsed Stoll District No. 28.)

MOHAVE VALLEY, SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 16:

Beginning at the junction of the Colorado River and the Township line between Townships 16 North, Range 22 West and Township 17 North, Range 21 West; Thence, Easterly along said Township line to the Southeast comer of Township 17 North, Range 19 West; Thence, North2 along the Range line between Ranges 18 and 19 West to the Northeast comer of Township 20 North, Range 19 West;  Thence, West along said Township line to the Northwest comer of Section 3, Township 20 North, Range 20 West;  Thence, South along the West Section line of Sections 3, 10, 15, 22, 27 and 34, Township 20 North, Range 20 West and  through Sections 3 and 10 of Township 19 North, Range 20 West to the Southeast comer of Section, 9, Township 19  North, Range 20 West; Thence, Westerly along the North line of Sections 16, 17, 18, of Township 19 North, Range 20  West and along the North line of the same tier of Sections in Township 10 North, Range 21 west and Range 22 West To  the intersection of the Colorado River; Thence, South along the Colorado to the place of beginning.

COLORADO, SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 14: COLORADO CITY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 14:

As of July 1, 1985, Colorado City Elementary School District No. 14 and Colorado City High School District No. 2 have  shared coterminous boundaries. Beginning July 1, 1986, Colorado City Elementary School District No. 14 and Colorado City High School District No. 2  will officially become known as Colorado City Unified School District No. 14. Beginning at the Arizona-Utah line at an intersection with the West line of Section 34, Township 42 North, Range 6  West, Thence, South along the mid-section line of Townships 42 and 41 North, Range 6 West, to the Southwest corner of  Section 34, Township 41 North, Range 6 West; Thence, East along the North line of Township 40 North to the Northwest comer of Section 2, Township 40 North, Range 6 West; Thence, South along the West line of said Section to the  Southeast corner of Section 34, Township 39 North, Range 6 West; Thence, West along the South line of Township 39  North, Range 6 West to the Northwest corner of Section 6, Township 38 North, Range 6 West; Thence, South along the  East line of Range 7 West, produced to the Colorado River, Thence, Southwesterly along said river channel to an  intersection with the West line of Section 2 produced, Township 32 North, Range 8 West; Thence, North along said  Section line to the South line of Township 33 North, Range 8 West; Thence, East along the South line to the Southeast  comer of said Township; Thence, North along the East line of Range 8 West to the Northeast corner of Township 35  North, Range 8 West; Thence West along the North line of said Township 35 North to the Southwest corner of Township  36 North, Range 9 West; Thence, North along the West line of Range 9 West to an intersection with the ArizonaUtah  line; Thence, East along said line to the point of beginning.

 MOCCASIN, SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 10

Beginning at the point of intersection of the Southern extension of the West boundary of Range 6 West and the Colorado  River; and the East Boundary of Mohave County; Thence, in a Northerly direction along the West boundary of Range 6  West to the Northwest corner of Township 3 8 North, Range 6 West, Gila & Salt River Meridian; Thence, in a Easterly  direction along the North boundary of Township 38 North, Range 6 West to the Southwest corner of Section 35,  Township 39 North, Range 6 West; Thence, in a Northerly direction along the West boundary of Sections 35, 26, 23, 14,  11, and 2, Township 39 North, Range 6 West, and Sections 35, 26, 23, 14, 11, and 2, Township 40 North, Range 6 West  to the 10th Standard Parallel North; Thence, in a Westerly direction along the 10th Standard Parallel North to the  Southwest corner of Section 34, Township 41 North, Range 6 West; Thence, in a Northerly direction along the West  boundary of Sections 34, 27, 22, 15, 10, and 3, Township 41 North, Range 6 West, and Sections 34, Township 42 North,  Range 6 West to the North boundary of Mohave County; Thence, in a Easterly direction along the North boundary of  Mohave County to the intersection of said North boundary of Mohave County with the East boundary of Mohave County,  Thence, in a Southerly and Southwesterly direction along the East boundary of Mohave County to the point of beginning.  ( This District includes the lapsed Cane beds District.)

HACKBERRY, SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 3:

Beginning at the Southeast corner of Township 20 North, Range 11 West; Thence, West along the South line of  Township 20 North, to the Southwest corner of Township 20 North, Range 14 West; Thence, North along the West line  of Range 14 West, to the Colorado River; Thence, Southeasterly along the channel of said river to an intersection with  the East line of Range 12 West; Thence, South along the East line of Range 12 West to the Southeast corner of Township  25 North, Range 12 West; Thence, West along the South line of said Township 25 North to the Northeast corner of  Township 24 North, Range 14 West; Thence, South along the East line of said Range 14 West to Southeast corner of  Township 23 North, Range 14 West; Thence, East along the North line of Township 22 North to the Northeast corner of  Township 22 North, Range 12 West; Thence, South along the East line of Range 12 West to the Southeast corner of  Township 21 North, Range 12 West; Thence, East along the South line of said Township 21 North to the Northeast  corner of Township 20 North, Range 11 West; Thence, South along East line of Range 11 West, to the point of  Beginning. As of May 19,1998, Owens School District No. 6 was diminished by the May 19,1998 Special Election which  transferred Ranges 11, 12,13 and 14 West, of Township 20 North to the Hackberry School District No.3.

KINGMAN UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 20:

Beginning at the Southeast comer of Township 18 North, Range 17 West; Thence, West along the South line of Township 18 North To the Southwest corner of Township 18 North, Range 18 West; Thence, North  along the West line of Range 18 West to the Northwest corner of Township 20 North, Range 18 West; Thence, West  along the North line of Township 20 North to the Southwest corner of Section 34, Township 21 North, Range 20 West;  Thence, North along the mid-line of Range 20 West to the Northwest corner of Section 3, Township 22 North, Range 20  West; Thence, East along the North line of Township 22 North to the Northeast comer of Township 22 North, Range 17  West; Thence, North along the West line of Range 16 West to the Colorado River, Thence, Southeasterly along the  channel of said River to its intersection with the East line of Range 15 West; Thence, South along the East line of said  Range 15 West to the Southeast comer of Township 19 North, Range 15 West; Thence, West along the South line of  Township 19 North to the Northeast comer of Township 18 North, Range 17 West; Thence, South along the East line of  Township 18 North, Range 17 West; to the point of beginning.  Range 21 West and continuing in that same direction to the Colorado River and the West Boundary of Mohave County;  Thence, in a Northerly direction along the West boundary of Mohave County and in an Easterly direction along the  Northern boundary of Mohave County to the intersection of said North boundary of Mohave County and the Northern  extension of the East Boundary of Range 17 West; Thence, in a Southerly direction along the East boundary of Range 17  West to the Southeast Comer of Township 23 North, Range 17 West-, Thence, in a Westerly direction along the South  boundary of Township 23 North to the Southwest corner of Township 23 North, Range 20 West and the point of  beginning (This description consolidates Chloride, unorganized territory and the North half of the lapsed Stoll District  No. 28.)

**Kingman Unified School District NO. 20 acquired all the boundaries of Chloride School District #11**

 OWENS, SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 6:

Beginning at the point of intersection of the East Boundary of Mohave County and the North Boundary of Township 20  North, the Fifth Standard Parallel North; Thence, in a Westerly direction along the Fifth Standard Parallel North to the  Northwest corner of Township 20 North, Range 10 West of the Gila & Salt River Meridian, Arizona; Thence, in a  Southerly direction along the Westerly Boundary of Range 10 West to the Southwest comer of Township 20 North,  Range 10 West; Thence, in an Westerly direction along the North Boundary of Township 19 North to the Northwest  comer of Township 19 North, Range 14 West; Thence, in a Southerly direction along the West Boundary of Range 14  West to the Fourth Standard Parallel North; Thence, in a Easterly direction along said Fourth Standard Parallel North to  the Northwest corner of Section 19, Township 16 1/2North, Range 14 West; Thence, in a Southerly direction along the  West Boundary of said Range 14 West to the Southwest corner of Township 14 North, Range 14 West; Thence, in a  Westerly direction along the North Boundary to Township 13 North, to the Northwest corner of Township 13 North,  Range 18 West; Thence, in a southerly direction along the West boundary of Range 18 West to the Third Standard  Parallel North, Thence, in a Easterly direction along the said Third Standard Parallel North to the Northwest comer of  Township 12 North, Range 18 West; Thence, in a Southerly direction along the West Boundary of Range 18 West to the  Bill Williams River and the Southern Boundary of Mohave County; Thence, in a Easterly direction along the Southerly  Boundary of Mohave County to the Southeasterly corner of Mohave County; Thence, in a Northerly direction along the  East Boundary of Mohave County to the point of beginning.(This District now includes the lapsed Artillery Peak District  No. 26.) As of May 19,1998, Owens School District No. 6 was diminished by the May 19,199 8 Special Election which  transferred Ranges 10, 11, 12,and 13 West, of Township 20 North to the Hackberry School District No. 3.

 PEACH SPRINGS, UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 8:

Beginning at the East line of Mohave County at its intersection with the South line of Township 21 North; Thence, West  along the said Township line to the Southwest corner of Township 21 North, Range I I West; Thence, North along the  West line of Range I I West to the Colorado River; Thence, Easterly and Northeasterly to the East line of Mohave  County; Thence, South along the East line of Mohave County to the point of beginning. Peach Springs School District  No. 8 was unified by the consolidation of the Peach Springs Elementary School District with the Peach Springs High  School District No. 8 by election on March 14,1995.
