Notice to Participants and Applicants
Mohave County Housing Authority (MCHA) is now putting information and forms on our website as an added benefit to our applicants, participants and landlords. It is recommended that you use the website prior to making an appointment or visiting our offices. Some services are now available by mail and an in-office interview is not always required. You can schedule an appointment by phone, mail or e-mail us using this form. Paperwork can be mailed, faxed, e-mailed or dropped off during regular business hours.

How do I locate affordable housing in Arizona? Try one of these resources:
- HousingSearch.AZ.gov - search Arizona housing to fit your needs and budget, from market-rate to affordable rentals, accessible units, disaster housing, accommodations for seniors and veterans, and more! This service is free to use, and you can set up email alerts when new matching listings are posted.
- Affordable Housing Online. Lists Section 8 waiting lists that are open or will be opening soon

Reporting Changes for Program Participants
A family must report changes in income and/or family composition in writing to the MCHA within ten (10) days of its occurrence. If you have had a change in income or a family member has been added or removed from your household, you may use the form Interim Packet and you may fax or mail it to the contacts listed to the bottom left of this page (or the top menu if you're on a phone) or e-mail us using this form.

Reporting Changes for Applicants on the Waiting List
You are required to report changes in income, family composition, employment status, disability status, student status, and address while you are on our waiting list.

Reporting Fraud
If you know of a participating family or landlord that is committing fraud in connection with the program, please contact the applicable office below in writing. We will not disclose who you are. If the family or landlord is a participant in our programs we will investigate the complaint and take appropriate action.
