• Recreational opportunities in the area and close by 
• Quality of rural life while not going without the basics
• Proximity to the airport and hospital
• Open space, beautiful desert scape scenery, mountains, sunsets
• Low criminal activity

White Hills established the following goals to work on as a Community with the support of the County
