Generally Accepted Recordkeeping Principles (GARP) were developed and published by ARMA International, a group of information practitioners. These are considered general guidelines for any information governance program to build or measure itself. Using these principles effectively can assist with ensuring a continuing, compliant and defensible records management program for Mohave County.
