Start

1. subdivision applicant plans project design and funding and obtains professional services
   
   
2. pre-application meeting held after receipt of necessary proposal documents
   
   
3. tract number issued if project is found feasible
   
   
4. complete preliminary plan submittals processed for review
   
   
5. necessary corrections submitted and reviewed
   
   
6. preliminary plan forwarded to commission and board when found ready by reviewing agencies, along with any necessary rezoning and plan amendments, etc.
   
   
7. complete final plat submittals may be processed for review if/when board approves the preliminary plan
   
   
8. necessary corrections submitted and reviewed
9. final plat forwarded to board when found ready by reviewing agencies and upon county receipt of an approved assurance
   
   
10. final plat is recorded if/when approved by the board
