No, a licensed installer with the State of Arizona is required to install the home. A building permit is required prior to the installation of the home. Click Building Permit for the appropriate application.

(Section 37.K) Certain zones do allow you to reside in a temporary travel trailer, as long as you acquire the proper permits.  A septic permit and temporary travel trailer permit (renewable annually) would be required.  See Parcel Zoning Request to obtain your zoning.

Allowable property uses are dependent on the parcel’s zoning classification. See ‘What is the zoning for a certain parcel?’ above.

The number of allowable inoperable vehicles depends on the size of the parcel. 

If the parcel’s zoning allows horses (see ‘What is the zoning for a certain parcel?’ above), a parcel may contain as many horses as the owner can humanely take care of, without creating a public health issue.

The Mohave County Zoning Ordinance allows for a maximum of four (4) dogs and four (4) cats on one (1) parcel without a permit. To obtain a permit for more than four (4) dogs and/or four (4) cats, you may call or visit our office.( see Contact Information)

The district fire department for the parcel in question should be notified so they can assess if there is a possible fire hazard.
