2025 Learn The Beat Event
Join us for the 4th Annual “Learn The Beat” program.
WHO: 8th Grade Homeschool Students
DATE: Thursday, September 11th, National Day of Service
“Learn The Beat” aims to teach Hands Only CPR to every 8th grader across the Colorado River region. It then challenges these students to teach others. Firefighters, EMTs, paramedics, and nurses from Bullhead City, Fort Mohave, Mohave Valley, Laughlin, and the San Bernadino County Fire Departments will visit 8th grade classes in their respective districts to provide training.
To complete the “Learn The Beat” challenge and earn a free Culver’s ice cream cone, plus be entered in the program drawing to win a PlayStation V, your student much teach two individuals CPR. Everyone they teach must sign and date your student’s challenge card which they must report by filling out the online challenge completion form.
Western Arizona Regional Medical Center, Culvers and Mohave Cunty Board of Health are providing sponsorship and program support. Anyone interested in volunteering may sign up at JustServe.com.
