Excess Proceeds deposited with the Treasurer are presumed abandoned if the monies remain with the Treasurer for at least two years from the date of deposit and there is no pending application for distribution. Funds not appearing on this list have been ordered for release by the Mohave County Superior Court or submitted to the Arizona Department of Revenue Unclaimed Property Unit.
