Listed below are the Excess Proceeds on properties sold for more than the amount owed to the lender and where the trustee elected to deposit the balance of the proceeds with the Treasurer pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute 33-812. Excess Proceeds deposited with the Treasurer are presumed abandoned if the monies remain with the Treasurer for at least two years from the date of deposit and there is no pending application for distribution. Funds not appearing on this list have been ordered for release by the Mohave County Superior Court or submitted to the Arizona Department of Revenue Unclaimed Property Unit.
