Child Immunization Information

CHILDHOOD IMMUNIZATION CLINICS

Children’s Immunization Program: Routine childhood immunizations, recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), are provided to children and adolescents free of charge, birth through 18 years of age, regardless of health insurance status.

Please bring your child's immunization record to every visit. Also, if your child has health insurance, please bring your child's insurance card
