Mobile Health Unit (MHU)

The Mobile Health Unit brings basic health services directly into communities across Mohave County, helping residents access care closer to home.

SERVICES AVAILABLE

Preventative health screenings may include:

  • Blood pressure and cholesterol
  • Hemoglobin A1C (diabetes screening)
  • Hepatitis C and HIV testing
  • Urinalysis (UTI screening)
  • Pregnancy testing
  • INR / PT (coagulation testing)
  • Strep and flu testing
  • Vision and weight checks
  • Behavioral health screenings

ADDITIONAL SUPPORT

At select locations, a Behavioral Health Team member may be available to provide:

  • Mental health screenings
  • Referrals to local services
  • Support and resources

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • The Mobile Health Unit schedule is subject to change based on staffing availability and weather conditions
  • Some stops may be canceled or adjusted as needed.
