ASHLine (Arizona Smokers’ Helpline)
ASHLine, provided by the Arizona Department of Health Services, is a free quit-tobacco resource available anytime. It offers phone, online, and text support from trained quit coaches who help adults and families stop smoking or vaping with personalized tips, tools, and encouragement.

My Life My Quit is a free, confidential program designed specifically for teens and young adults who want to quit smoking or vaping. Participants receive helpful information, practical tools, and one-on-one coaching through text, chat, or phone to make quitting easier and more achievable.
