Mission Statement
Our Mission is to provide property owners the means to construct streets, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, bridges, water and waste water, etc. as stated in Arizona Revised Statutes 48-909. To allocate the costs of local improvements to the benefited property, in order to preserve general tax revenues and debt capacity of the County.
Services and Scope of Operations
The Mohave County Improvement Districts Office currently manages Improvement Districts in the Kingman area, Golden Valley area, Lake Havasu area, and the I40 Industrial area. Improvement Districts can be formed for the purpose of street, water, sewer, drainage and other local improvements pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute 48-909.
