Early voting, for any qualified elector, will start 27 days prior to every election.

2026 Election Information

Primary Election - July 21, 2026
Who Is Eligible to Vote in the Primary?

To vote in the Primary Election, you must:

  • Be a United States citizen
  • Be a resident of Arizona and the county at least 29 days prior to Election Day
  • Be 18 years of age on or before Election Day
  • Be properly registered to vote by the registration deadline
    Political Party Information:
    Arizona conducts a partisan Primary Election. Voters registered with a recognized political party may vote that party's ballot. Voters registered as Independent, No Party Preference, or Other may choose to vote a participating party's ballot. Party affiliation must be selected at the time of voting if applicable.

General Election - November 3, 2026
Who Is Eligible to Vote?

To vote in the General Election, you must:

    General Election Ballot Information:
    All eligible voters will receive one ballot that includes federal, state, and local candidates, as well as any ballot measures or propositions certified for the ballot.

  • Last day to register: October 5, 2026
  • In-person early voting begins: October 7, 2026
  • Early ballots mailed: October 7, 2026
  • Last day to request a mail ballot: October 23, 2026
  • Last day to vote early in person: October 30, 2026
  • Election Day: November 3, 2026
  • Last day to provide ID for Conditional Provisional Ballots: November 8, 2026

Absentee Early Voting

Ballots by mail can be requested by phone, letter, in person, or downloaded.
Registered Voters may request to be placed on the Active Early Voting List (AEVL), where they will automatically receive their ballot by mail for every election they are qualified to vote in.  No more missed elections!

Early ballots can be dropped off at any Early Voting location, or at the Mohave County Administration Building in Kingman during business hours.

On Election Day

All voters who wish to vote, and did not vote early, must vote at their home precinct (precinct in which you currently reside) polling location between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
