Attention Lien holder's: In accordance with Federal and State public record laws, any Lien holder's name and address may be released upon request.

OVERVIEW

  • Tax Lien Certificates will be sold against parcels with 2024 delinquent taxes, and any prior year taxes.
  • Registration for the 2026 Tax Lien Sale is now open.
  • All bidders, including those having current bidder numbers, must register.
  • ALL PURCHASES MADE AT THE AUCTION ARE FINAL, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Fees:
  • $10.00 non-refundable processing fee is charged to each certificate (ARS 42-18116C).
  • $5.00 non-refundable winning bidder fee per parcel is charged by Real Auction.

PARTICIPANTS ARE URGED to research properties prior to purchasing liens, IT IS YOUR
RESPONSIBILITY. It is also the bidder's responsibility to know the laws governing tax lien sales.
