We’re excited to invite community partners, employers, and organizations to support the next generation of talent through the Workforce Youth Sponsorship Program. This initiative connects youth ages 14–24 with meaningful work-based learning opportunities that build essential skills, strengthen career readiness, and open pathways into high-demand industries across Mohave and La Paz Counties in rural Arizona.

Through sponsorship, partners can directly invest in youth development by supporting internships and structured training experiences ranging from 120–160 hours per participant. Sponsors may contribute through direct financial support, in-kind donations such as goods or services, or by sponsoring individual youth participants. Each sponsorship helps provide hands-on exposure to career pathways and strengthens the local workforce pipeline.

This program is facilitated through Arizona@Work – Mohave County and La Paz County, in partnership with local employers committed to building opportunity youth engagement in skilled trades, manufacturing, construction, healthcare, and other in-demand sectors.
