Smoke Free Arizona

The Smoke Free Arizona Act went into effect in May 2007 and is enforced locally by the Environmental Health Division (EHD) through the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS).

This law prohibits smoking cigarettes in most enclosed public places and workplaces to help protect the public from secondhand smoke.
