Community Health Profile
The Mohave County Department of Public Health is committed to transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. On this page you will find our Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNAs), and Community Health Improvement Plans (CHIPs). These initiatives are creating in collaboration with Kingman Regional Medical Center and citizens of Mohave County. They are the compilation of a three-year process that provides clear insight into the health challenges facing our communities, and the actions taken to address those concerns.
These reports are shaped by community input and local data, helping us collaborate with community partners as well as community members to prioritize resources, guide program initiatives, and improve the health and well-being of all who live in Mohave County.
You can also access MCDPH’s Annual Reports on this page. Our health education programs address community needs and demonstrate how we, at the Mohave County Department of Public Health, are striving to meet those needs.
